Affordable rooms have been blocked for the conference participants at TMU International Living/Learning Centre (ILC) . The room rate is CAD$95 per night plus tax and each room can fit up to two people but there is only one full-sized or queen-sized bed. To book a room, please ensure selecting the group code GEO2024 as shown in the screen capture below.

The following hotels kindly agree to offer special discounted rates for the conference participants. They include Chelsea Hotel Toronto, Courtyard Toronto Downtown, DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown, Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre, and Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Participants are responsible for booking their own rooms following the instructions below.
Chelsea Hotel Toronto
Walking distance to the venue: 600 meters. Participants may also call the hotel directly, toll-free at 1-800-CHELSEA (243-5732) or 416-595-1975. These individuals must identify themselves as part of the “31st International Conference on Geoinformatics Room Block or Res ID: GEO081324”. The cut-off date of the group rate is Friday, July 5, 2024.
Walking distance to the venue: 850 meters. Alternatively, participants can also call Marriott Reservations at 1 (800) 847-5075 to make a booking. The cut-off date for the group rate is July 30th, 2024.
Walking distance to the venue: 900 meters. Participants can also call 1-800-445-8667 or the hotel at 416-977-5000 and mention the group code GEO to make a booking as well. The cut-off date for the group rate has been extended to August 2, 2024.
Walking distance to the venue: 650 meters. Participants can also call the Central Reservations at 1-855-914-9610 to make a reservation by providing “Conference on Geoinformatics” and their RED ID: GIF. The cut-off date for the group rate is June 14th, 2024.
Walking distance to the venue: 800 meters. Participants may also book their rooms over the phone by calling our toll-free reservations line at 1-800-905-0667 and mentioning to the agent either the Group Name “TORONTO METROPOLITAN” or the Mini Hotel Code “TMU”. The cut-off date for the group rate is Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
There are also a plenty of other hotels available around the TMU campus. Participants may check out Destination Toronto website to find which hotels are available and close.
