Submit

Abstract submissions (up to 300 words) are invited in all areas of GISciences and related fields, including but not limited to those topics listed under Call for Papers.

Abstract submissions must indicate the preferred topics and the preferred form of presentation (oral or poster presentation). ALL submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee.

To be included in the final programme, the presenter or at least one author of each accepted submission must be registered by June 1, 2024.

What happens next? 

Once you have submitted your abstract, you will be informed about the decision on acceptance by March 1, 2024. You will also have an option to submit an extended abstract or full conference paper to be included in conference proceedings by July 1, 2024.

How to format your abstract?

  • Each abstract is limited to 300 words.
  • Abstracts must describe your research objective(s), methods, main results, and conclusions.
  • We will not edit your abstract; you are responsible for any spelling, grammatical, and typographical errors.
