All fees include applicable taxes. All registrations include reception, coffee breaks, and conference package. CPGIS and non-CPGIS member registration fees include conference dinner. The registrants under other categories will need to purchase tickets for the conference dinner. Students are required to proof of their student status upon arrival at the registration desk.

Registration Refund Policy

  • Request for a refund must be received in writing by e-mail by August 13th, 2024 to geoinformatics2024@torontomu.ca, with necessary supporting documents. Any requests submitted after August 13th, 2024 will not be considered.
  • If participants cannot attend the conference due to a rejected visa application or other uncontrollable causes, the registration fee is partially refundable, excluding the credit card processing fee and bank fees.
  • If you are not able to attend due to other reasons, the registration fee is not refundable.
