To ensure a smooth and successful presentation, please find below the detailed instructions for both poster and oral presentations.

Poster Presentation:

Poster Printing and Size: You are responsible for printing your poster and bringing it to the conference. Posters should be 24 inches (width) x 36 inches (height) maximum [approximately 60 cm x 90 cm].

Poster Setup: Posters should be put up on the poster boards in the scheduled place at least 30 minutes before the scheduled poster session.
Interactive Presentation: Be available at your poster during the scheduled poster session time to discuss your research and answer questions.

Oral Presentation:

Oral Presentation Duration: Each oral presentation should last 12-15 minutes, followed by a short Q&A session, for a total of 18 minutes.

Uploading Slides: Make to your session room 10 minutes or earlier before the session starts, upload your ppt to the podium computer using a USB.

Meeting the Session Chair: Introduce yourself to the session chair before the session begins.

Note that the PTECH in the session rooms provides Google Chrome, Kurzweil 3000, Microsoft Office Suite, Mozilla Firefox, Notepad++, PuTTy, VLC Media Player, and WinSCP (see the complete list). No other software is allowed to be installed.
